Privately funded or through the NDIS

Through the NDIS


Through the NDIS, we can assist you with:

  • Medical and Home care Support – for you and your family if you choose to live and be cared for in the comfort of your own home.

  • Innovative Community Participation – Outdoor and community activity engagement to encourage and foster a sense of adventure and connection.

Private Hire


If you are a private consumer having decided to self-fund your own disability support, we can also cater to your requirements. We support private customers through quality support service agreements delivered as frequently as required and in the comfort of your own home.


Such services include:

Housekeeping and Domestic Assistance: as frequently as you require, our support staff can help with general household chores, washing dishes, cleaning (kitchen, bathroom), laundry, seasonal home cleaning, shopping assistance and paying of bills.

Community Nursing Care

Community nursing care refers to the provision of healthcare services in the community setting, outside of the hospital or clinical environment. Community nurses work with patients and their families to deliver individualised care that is tailored to meet their unique needs. They provide a wide range of services, including wound care, medication management, catheter and continence management, and health education. Community nursing care plays a critical role in supporting people to remain in their homes and communities for as long as possible, as well as promoting independence and preventing hospital admissions. 

  • General nursing care, including managing chronic illness in line with doctor’s recommendations
  • Post hospital / treatment in-home care
  • In-home palliative nursing care for those with life-limiting illness and require additional support


Respite Care

Short term accommodation including Respite Care

Respite care in Australia is a service designed to provide temporary relief to caregivers who are responsible for looking after a person with a disability, chronic illness, or age-related condition. The aim of respite care is to offer caregivers a break from their caring responsibilities, allowing them to rest and recharge, while their loved one receives quality care from a trained professional. Respite care can be provided in various settings, including in-home, community-based, or residential care facilities. It can be offered on a planned or emergency basis, and the duration of the service can range from a few hours to several weeks. Respite support and accommodation can be supplied for up to 14 days at a time throughout a 12 month period. Longer periods of time can be negotiated based on your unique circumstances. The type of respite care offered may vary depending on the needs of the individual and their family, and may include personal care, nursing care, therapy, socialisation, and recreational activities.

In-Home Support

Personal Care Support Staff that genuinely care!

In-Home Support refers to services that provide assistance with daily living activities for individuals who need support to live independently in their own homes. These services can be provided on a short-term or long-term basis, depending on the needs of the individual. 


We provide you with personal care support staff to assist and/or supervise you with daily personal activities.

  • Personal hygiene: showering, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing and grooming
  • Toileting: bladder and bowel management and menstrual care
  • Meals: food preparation plus eating and drinking
  • Household tasks: cleaning and laundry
  • Appointments: accompany you to doctor or other scheduled appointments
  • Travel: to and from both medical / health related appointments plus social events
  • Support Buddy: to attend your favourite events and social outings
  • Aids and appliance: hearing and communication device assistance
  • Mobility and transferring: moving in and out of bed, going to the toilet and getting into a vehicle
  • Basic first aid: application of splints, dressings and general injury care
